Hendrick’s Neptunia Gimlet
Hendrick’s Gin has been on my radar since they released their Midsummer Solstice in May 2019. You can still find Midsummer Solstice in specialty online liquor stores, but since it was limited edition, it’s a bit hard to find now.
That’s okay though. I went to my favorite local beer, wine & spirit store to pick up a bottle of regular Hendrick’s Gin, but I found Neptunia and Lunar and ended up with a hard choice. I chose the former, but I’m sure Hendrick’s Lunar Gin (made with night blooming foral essence) is just as good.
Hendrick’s Neptunia (and Lunar) is also a limited release gin, infused with coastal botanicals and a smooth citrus finish. It’s perfect on the rocks.
Alas, if you want to get a little fancy on girls’ night by the pool this cocktail is for you. It’s light on the bartending skills, too.

- 1 part Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice
- Fresh lime, sliced thin
- Ice cubes
