Rosemary, Blueberry & Citrus Mocktail
I’m all about sparkling water mocktails right now because as much as I love a cocktail, I can’t be drinking all day long. Shoot, even if I was drinking a gin cocktail version of this every night, I would not be a contributing member of society. Pace yourself, Bai Bai.
Anyways, my cousin and I were laying by the pool, sweating, when an ice old seltzer started calling my name. But…. it was only noon. Browsing my fresh and frozen fruits and herb garden, I knew I could come up with something.
This Rosemary, Blueberry & Citrus Mocktail was born. Feel free to substitute in 3 tablespoons agave or honey for Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice if you prefer.
Muddle your berries and rosemary springs in a cocktail shaker for about 20-30 seconds. Add the lime juice, ice, and shake the hell out it. Pour the water into two glasses with ice. Double strain the fruit syrup into the water. Garnish with a couple of blueberries and a slice of lime!
