Everything Bagel Salmon Pepper Poppers
Looking for an easy appetizer that will impress a crowd? Look no further. These Everything Bagel Salmon Poppers are an ode to a meal I had at sushi with some friends last weekend. In my version, I’ve used sweet mini peppers and a couple of jalapenos, stuffed with a flavor packed cream cheese filling and topped with store-bought smoked salmon.
If you live near a Trader Joe’s, even better because you can pick up their Everything Bagel Smoked Salmon and you’ll have an extra layer of that famous everything flavor.
The salmon goes on after baking, and feel free to leave it off some of the peppers for those picky family members!
